You will need the speed of a peaguses to do 6 miles in 1 hour lol but goo luck king!

60 minutes/ 6 miles= 10 minutes per mile. Pfftt.

60 minutes for 6 miles is tougher than 10 minutes for 1 mile. Sure, you can move at 6 mph without too much trouble.... but can you keep it up for the next hour?

And the Run results are in.
Annoying not use of chips to give accurate times down to the nearest seconds.
But there was the race clock, noted down the start and finish times accurate to the nearest minute.
The race started between 09:30 and 09:31 and I finished the run between 10:21 and 10:22.
So about 51-52 minutes, averaging a speed of roughly 7mph.

Not bad my fitness training is slowly paying off and this should put me in good stead for the Plymouth Half-Marathon at the End of May, Hoping to do 13.1 miles within 2hrs preferably.
Did it last year in 2hr 15mins.
