I highly doubt he is 12, seeing as he doesn't have a high pitched voice. Not only that but a 12 year old would be screaming "OOMG H4XZ0R H4X MUH WEBPAGE OH NOOOOEZ," Where as he seemed to have handled it rather calmly and maturely.

I had my Xbox Live Account hacked, once the person did that; he went on to hack my AIM account. But in the meantime of this, he left traces of his IP and even his e-mail address (thankfully I checked the merged cookies,) and I got my account back with the collaborated information.
