Although you did say "yes it is aca," I can guarantee that the overwhelming majority of the players who read that statement as disagreeing with mine. I can tell you that I took it that way, and your statement was offensive.

I reviewed the chatlog, and these are the charges:

"bypassed the swear filter: "g t f o"
bypassed the swear filter: "g t f o"
bypassed the swear filter: "g t f o"
making comments specifically intended to enrage other players (specifically kress), bringing up past incidents (rocky xraying, etc)
specifically, in chat, said that "rocky was going to ban him, jt was going to ban him, saves was going to forum ban him) - basically asking for a ban.
claims that rape is something to laugh at, and that it is only offensive if you make it offensive, said that it is acceptable

Swear filter bypassing will be ignored.
Rape is disgusting, but everyone is entitled to their personal opinion - he didn't bring up the topic of rape, nor did he even say the word, so this charge will be ignored.

However, trolling is not permitted. For trolling, your ban has been extended by a mere 3 days, until September 1st. I would make it longer, but, panthers did say in-game that you were permanently banned, and for this, I'm giving you some leeway. I'm also investigating panthers and jt.

Ok Intelli I must address the reason the ban was extended....trolling. Where in the rule book or rules may I see this there? Also if this is actually enforced I feel that many people should be banned for trolling and making other players angry. Such as kress and rocky telling me that guess what your banned and I am not.
