There was a written rule after the last wipe that your realms had to be traversable but it was specifically in response to the public land wipe back in 2012(I think) as it created hard edges and there was no script to create grading. Not sure if that was meant to be carried on, but I do agree it should be. Building a huge wall like that (especially on private land) is kind of a -snip- move in the first place.
