Summer WINTER summary

Okay my winter summary:
1. Almost get crushed by a falling tree branch.
2. Get addicted to the "welcome to nightvale" podcast.
3. Get buried by school work (unlike you Americans)
4. Have bike conveniently break its chain.
5. Because of broken bike have to take public transport to school.
6. Have koalas in backyard (it might sound nice but you'd be wrong. They think your backyard is a toilet -_-)
7. Almost get run over by idiot drivers.
8. Have it be freezing cold, windy, rainy and snowy. (I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA, NOT ANTARCTICA!!!)
9. Have the power go out for half a day.
10. Forgetting raincoat and coming home as an iceberg.

As you can see on my summary I've had an absolutely WONDERFUL winter.

Let's see. Chamber music camp, which was fun. Lying around reading, which was fun. Not much MineRealm, because my dad banned the computer and television as an "experiment" for about a month. Finding out I'm allergic to mosquito bites, which was not fun at all. Going to the high desert and rafting for about 5 minutes and visiting some friends of ours down there, after bouldering up the side of a mountain covered in thorny bushes, being sure I was going to fall to my death, and nearly passing out from the heat (somewhat fun). Cleaning, washing, and painting the goat barn, during which I collapsed on the ground screaming and my mom made me go inside and eat because I was acting psychotic (not fun). And that's pretty much it.

Well, my summer consisted of me sitting inside, pouring water over my head every opportunity i got. Like you Aussies on the other side of the world. You shut down if it rains a lot or it's freezing cold, on the flip side, we Brits shut down if the sun so much as shows its face. Hot weather just isn't our thing. At least you Americans got to move without feeling like the fattest man alive was trying to drag you away with him. (Except you Krin, sounds kinda rough)

My summer was great, I hung out with my friends, rock climbed a lot, played MineRealm, went to Maine, and went to Cape Cod.
