Use a hopper system at the top for entry, if people manage to land in the hole then they get their diamond back

That is of course assuming you will be allowed to use redstone on the realm.

Some sort of Light Show as you're falling down.

Maybe some note blocks along the way to make a beat of some sort. Connected with trip wire maybe? So the music will travel along with you and not be left behind?

I'm going to use all of your ideas, combine them together on a single player world of mine and show you a preview. There are currently going to be 3 Leaps Of Faith.
