If video games had this warning, it'd be more eye-catching than the regular ESRB rating. Video games sometimes do exhibit violent behavior in a person. Ever think about how frustrated one might get when playing a video game? Video games get to you. People get pissed and break consoles, windows, and vandalize property.

If you get that angry at a game you're playing for fun, you're doing it wrong.

That is a pretty big if. I know at least 20 kids who have been playing games like Grand Theft Auto since they were 5 because they're parents didn't care.

Your position is noted, but the point I highlighted via bold irks me. As pissed as I get with death on the hundreth or so level in Pac-man, I do not have a sudden urge to destroy my surroundings. If you resort to this when you fail in a game, then something is bothering you beyond the game.

The angriest I've gotten is when I threw my DS at the ground at around age 11. Other than that, I've never shown any violent behavior from a video game. Point is, some people do get really mad and do resort to destroying their surroundings. It's more concerning with kids that have sudden temper tantrums. Those temper tantrums can even carry on into adulthood.
