Well, I didn't mean to post in this thread. I thought it was a more recent one.
That said...they're not "crap". Maybe not to your tastes, but you need to go in with an open mind. Plenty of people find them hilarious.
And anti-anti may be a double negative, but this isn't a logic class, here. Anti-jokes are a specific type of joke, and anti-anti-jokes are a specific type of anti-joke. Anti-jokes are humorous due to shock value from subverting the expectation of a joke and instead giving a realistic answer. Anti-anti-jokes, meanwhile, are a parody of both jokes and anti-jokes, generally containing fantastic and confusing but consistent internal narratives.
