Okay, so since it may not have been clear in the OP, what I had in mind was essentially the following:
1. Historian decides to create a page (say, a user page for this example).
2. Historian contacts the user and asks them to write up as much as they can think of about their history on MineRealm, then asks questions to fill in the blanks.
3. Historian searches the forums and queries other users for information about the user.
4. Historian takes all the information, organizes it, and puts it into a sensible, readable format not dissimilar to a Wikipedia page.
Obviously, it would be a lot of work, which is why having multiple historians, using pre-made sets of questions as a starting point for interviews, and being able to provide monetary compensation would be ideal.
