Allow people to make their own forum groups, great for city's and factions. There would be a limit of groups per account. Also, maybe only donors can make groups, or donors have higher limits.

Donor and Veteran if this was implemented. But, no. Not needed much.

I'm not sure what you mean with groups.. We could have groups, but in a way that doesn't affect the forum.
So if you join a group/faction you'll have a little piece of text beneath your Profile-picture that says where you're from, in the groups chosen Font/Color.
This could perhaps be automated, so when you're added to a group on Minerealm, it'll be put up in here at the same time.

Why not just have the leader make a site or link on the Minerealm Wiki then post the URL as your WWW on the forum?

An interesting idea, and donors/vets/staff if implemented, but -1. The idea behind community forums is well, that there a community thing. This seems too... clique oriented.
