These kind of laws only make sense in real life. Not in games were the only reason there is a tax is to prevent the economy from falling apart.

Taxes should be equal across the board, breaks for the rich are just as bad as charging them more.

This wouldn't matter much. The tax rate for the "Bill Gates" of the Minerealm community couldn't be so high that it would matter. The tax rate can't be so high that it wipes every rich person of half their credits. It wouldn't really be that fair.
