Here'es a quick tip on the best way to set your /sethome.

• 1)Build a pool of water where you want your spawn to be. Make sure it's 1 block deep. You don't want to take fall damage or drown. XD
  2)Above the water, Place 2 block high column
  3)when standing on the 2x1 column, type /sethome
  4)Remove the 2x1 column

Following these instructions, you will no longer glitch thru the world due to failed chunk loads.

Good idea to avoid the fall damage, but does it really help with lava? I thought there was some restriction on teleporting while on fire.

Intelli made it so that you will spawn even another block higher than the point you set /home at.
