I have played on several other servers (not as good as this one 
), and many of them had the lockette [mod?]. I found this to be extremely helpful as it only allows the player who made the chest, and the others that he/she lists on the sign to access the contents. Admins and mods can snoop into chests I believe, and I think that this could be an invaluable thing to have installed as it will stop many griefers from "stealing". Also only the player who made the protected chest can break it if the sign is still on it. If this sounds unclear to you, please search it on google and you will understand what I am talking about. I am not sure if this is in 3.0 or not, but I strongly feel it would be important to have.
