I keep trying to log on but the new launcher auto updates your micecraft file so it gets really annoying for people to have to convert back to the old one.

The server doesn't update immediately because it requires bukkit to update, and then the server plugins to be updated. That process is more complex than just pressing a "update" button. When it is feasible for the server to be updated, it will be updated.

Bukkit 1.6.4 Dev version has just been released. Server might take some days to update.

And if you look at /version, Intelli tends to use spigot which builds off bukkit, so it might take a day or 2 longer, though spigot is usually pretty on the ball. So, we just have to be patient. I believe Intelli usually tries to balance getting us updated quickly with giving us a stable build... Thank you!
