This suggestion and poll is for ALL of the changes listed below, because I feel they go together and are equally important.
The reason this thread is separate from this one is so that they can have different polls, because they are different ideas about the same system.
Part 3: New Commands

I suggest that we have new commands, pretty much self explanatory, that go something like this:

/realm member SuperCreeper007 all
/realm member [GUILD] all
/realm member [GUILD] -25/125
OR /realm member [GUILD] (if Section 1 is not accepted)

These commands will first of all allow you to add members to all of your realms, and second of all allow you to add your whole guild to the realm/remove your whole guild to the realm (or all of your realms)

Pros: Obvious

Cons: None :P

The reason guild is [GUILD] and not just "guild" is just in case a player joins who's name is "guild" xD

Of course, all these ideas are just basically prototypes, the commands don't have to be exactly the same, just a general idea.

Voted yes to this section. Though I personally prefer not to hand out many realm permissions, I can easily see how it would be helpful to those who work on projects in large groups.

Perhaps with the emphasis on managing realm rights for guild members, this could be implemented as part of Guilds 2.0 (if/when that feature is ever released).

Actually, I forgot to put this in the first post, but if this is going to be implemented in Guilds 2.0, then you're just voting for the /realm <command> all part of the suggestion.

I expected a negative response where someone linked to 10 other threads that had this and were all shot down, and a staff posting that that this would be implemented in Guilds 2.0, and then an [INVALID]. I got the exact opposite xD

Thanks for the support guise :D

Or #guild instead of [GUILD]. But I feel that this may be used much less often by the majority of active players than you think. With guilds 2.0 expected, few will be able to afford a guild. It won't be like now where everyone is in a guild with their friends. #buddy may need to be added in the future.

Adding the ability to give building privileges to a realm far away questions the "legitimacy" of the server. It's like having the ability to teleport around the map all willy nilly. In vanilla minecraft, you can't change blocks outside render distance. Does the same go for adding privileges to those blocks?
