If winners do not claim in 60 days, repick the unclaimed ones.

I think 60 days gives plenty of doubt that someone will return and claim the winnings.

EDIT: Changed from 90 days to 60 days. Thought about what would happen if the second pick didn't respond :/

I agree. If a person doesn't log on for 30 days or only logs on a few times per month, then he/she is probably inactive on the server and those credits would just lay in his/her wallet collecting dust. Perhaps even a fewer amount of days than 60 would be better.

That is one of the main reasons for a lottery, to prevent the economy becoming too inflated. If the money goes to someone who hardly plays, then it basically is lost money, stablising prices.
