It seems pretty clear that Intelli has no intention to spawn more. The server is typically kept as vanilla as possible while maintaining fairness. Spawning more glowstone would undermine both of those values.

This argument has been brought up any times, and the counter argument is pretty strong: It's very legit to wipe or expand the nether (Intelli has already done it before.)

Not that I want it wiped, only saying.

Minerealms = Legit
Spawning gs = Not Legit
Expanding Map = Legit

Good idea, and it also not like Intelli is wiping the nether, (he is not going to wipe it again) but it's just expanding the map in the nether.

It would also spawn more nether fortresses so netherbrick can be more popular again.

I really hope Intelli does expand the map in the nether.

That would be awesome if Intelli also expanded the map in the overworld!

I doubt he would do that, but there still is a chance he would.

I like the idea of Intelli very gradually inserting it into the economy, either in the form of random chests with ~16 blocks in placed around the map, or another unbiased way that gives everyone a chance to get some.

However one of the main reasons I love Minerealm is because of it's complete legitimacy, and anything that unbalances this legitimacy should never done.

So, I think instead of just voting for expanding the nether, or spawning more glowstone (the former would have a considerable effect on the overall server lag), I believe we should work towards finding a compromise between the two options, as I think that on their own, they will never be approved.

My opinion is that the current position of glowstone is good, as it is a block that gives people something to aim for, and is something that not only marks your ability to gather resources, but also shows wealth.

Don't spawn it that would void the legibility of the server. simply make a new world of nether.

once a year would be good it will stimulate pvp fun, also the god awful prices would go down lol.

but no spawning I take pride in being apart of a legit server.
