I would guess the longer someone plays the more complicated the grief tho ?

Probably more new players swear than the older ones if I was doing percentage, regardless most new players who swear don't appeal. They get warnings before they get banned so it's their fault either way.

As far as the second question, it really doesn't get complicated if they been here longer, it's the same situation, as far as rollbacks ect are concerned it's just as easy, but if they been here longer we may need to check their logs for other possible griefed areas.

Ok I'm usually a nice person and can deal with quite a bit before I drop my 2 cents in. This is like, what the 4th suggestion that you made that the ban system should be changed? Everyone is treated equally when it comes to bans no matter the offence, the only difference being the time that has to be served based on the severity of the crime or crimes.

For the sake of the MineRealm community, please stop making these. If you was able to come up with a reasonable idea as to how to improve the ban system, then okay. At this point it almost seems that you are still upset about your last ban.

*sigh* Sorry had to get that off my chest. Nothing personal, but when you've been told multiple times over the last few attempts it gets old, fast.

Currently if a player is banned when a player tries to log in they get a login error message "you are banned appeal on forum"

If a player breaks the rules Maliciously or if they break the rules without intent;
"A poor person steals food to feed his family or a rich person steals to buy drugs"
"stealing an apple for food or a Million bars of gold"
etc.

Using the above I would suggest the rich person equates to a certain type of new player
A poor person might equate to someone who has played on the server for a while

Treating them the same is flawed.
