When people are getting banned they aren't thinking "I'm going to purposely be get banned because I want to" it could be a natural reaction as in talking back, which is like me. Yes disrespectful, but I'm not trying to intentionally doing so,etching wrong.

Intelli, judging from what nearly everyone is saying, I think just implementing change 2 (if that is possible) would be a huge benefit to the server.

If change one is implemented, I expect that, at least with new players, there would be a much faster turn over rate.

Voted no for change #1, as well.

Maybe instead of your first ban being permanent, make your second ban permanent? It'd give people a chance to potentially learn from their mistakes, and if not, then they'd just get banned again and that time it would be permanent.

Just keep in mind that you are voting for both... if you strongly disagree with one of the changes, you should be voting no, as it would come with the change that you like.

After doing a quick skim through this thread, I decided I would just check how many of the people who posted here would currently be banned under the proposed changes. However, I realized it would be easier to list those who would not be banned.

The following people who have posted on this thread prior to this post would still be on Minerealm under the proposed system:
Intelli
Lardimus_Prime
Redkiller123
Shaddowdemon

Every other person who has posted here other than those four have had to appeal a ban.
