I still say ban players for even attempting to swear. Most newbies aren't looking to find a new server to settle in on. Some just want to cause disruption. This would be good to have, but still banning players for even attempting to cause a disturbance should be treated with the same response as a griefer or looter. When we keep these players off the server, it helps make the server look better.

Should we ban people for trying break blocks in private realms too?

If you can't break through the resistance, why bother trying to continue? If you can't break obsidian with an iron pick, why would you try and continue it?

The comparison I made only applies to one thing like you're comparison of protect blocks only focuses on one thing.
