Why do we need another plugin if our realm plugin already locks chests?

if you leave visitors on, in a private realm, visitors CAN access chests "locked" with a cobblestone. And remember, nothing is ever completely safe. There are exceptions to everything. Most people get stolen from at some point. If you don't have evidence, don't bother complaining about it. Whining and crying over it will not help. It is just a game. It is often best to just let it go and move on.

It is just a game. And locking chests is just a plugin. It's easy. It couldn't possibly produce more lag than we already have (when the server is even running, unlike 8 hours a day for the past week ...)

I mean, unless all you idiots really enjoy logging in, seeing your stuff gone, and constantly seeing people crying about inviso-man killing them or stealing their stuff ... I'm just saying, there are ways to improve, locking chests IS (irrefutably, so shut up) ONE OF THEM ... and if you don't want improvements, then don't donate.

You shouldn't donate because you want perks or new plugins. You should donate because you like the server and want to see it stay.

And Intelli has stated many times that we are never going to get a chest locking plugin. So there's really nothing you can do to get it other than switching to another server or making your own.

I assume op is talking about /lwc, one of the chest locking plugins. Two things will happen: the server will lag and the chests still wont be safe. Buckets are allowed on minerealm, but they still can be turned off if you have a private realm. But if its private, then the chests are safe. There is an exploit with water and lava source blocks that allows you to compromise /lwc protection (I will not go into detail), hence buckets are banned on the reddit server, because they use /lwc.
