That's fair enough - I understand about them getting to read the rules properly, but I don't like the idea of forcing them through a maze to get them to read it. It's just my opinion. I'm not here for an argument about it. xD Just thought I'd put my view thats all.

I disagree, I think acknowledging the rules will make that much more of a difference. You get people caught using Xray's and flymods everyday and I believe being more aware of the consequences will change that. It may not, I may be wrong, but I am going to school to one day be a psychologist, and people will react to a rule or a warning.

Maybe my whole opinion came across wrong.

I am all for getting people to read the rules properly before they join the server.

I am not for the maze idea.

If there was another way to get them to read the rules before joining, then sure - just I dislike the maze idea thats all.

No. The whole idea of this is to teach new players the basic rules of the server, therefore making your job a bit easier.

Rules were made to be broken. Anyways I went to a server like that. I didn't read a thing and came out into the open world. Pointless...

@aguy There is way to make new players spawn in other areas.

I know, was making a point

And though forcing newbies to read the rules might not be ideal, at least they are familiar with them and cannot use the excuse 'I didn't see the signs'.
