I think some of you guys who are saying no are just saying no because if wont effect you. Although I don't think it would effect me, if it did I would find this very inconvenient and unfair. Since players had no way of knowing this would happen, and considering that this is a Bukkit server, it seems pretty reasonable in my opinion to add in something that would prevent this snow from forming, at least in private realms, if the user so wishes. Then again, I'm not the one who'd have to code that so I have no idea how hard it would be. So I'd say that, if its not super hard to code, this idea should be incorporated.

I may be wrong at this, I did not look at the coding for 1.7.2, but if my understanding is correct, it would be the change of a single variable from 1 to a 0 for the Extreme Hills Biome snow production.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
