Yes, I voted. Instead of telling you how I voted, I'll list pro's and con's for this idea.

Pro's
- Makes the Forums slightly more orderly and logical
- Reminds people that they can post a Ban Request for people that are breaking server rules.
- It would take basically nothing to implement

Con's
- Makes the Forums slightly more orderly and logical
- Reminds people that they can post poorly written Ban Request for people that have slightly annoyed them and haven't actually broken any rules, which Staff then have to go and mark as rejected and then explain why they were marked rejected, even though it's probably already turned into 4+ pages of explanations, with the bonus of being full of flaming, which occasionally turns into forum bans that could have been avoided

As you can see, the pro's outweigh the con's.

Pretty sure a while back (at least at some point) it was just called "Bans."
That way, it isn't made obvious to "post requests for the people who annoy you here," but the name doesn't imply that the forum is only for ban appeals.

Anyway, +1 for a less confusing name.

I believe the section was listed Ban Appeal because most of the new players and other players won't know what a ban request is. Instead they only know what a ban appeal is. However, I have noticed that the people who do make a ban request are trusted players or veterans, such as coldf3ar or pcgamer. These people are the type that know how to make a good request instead of a idiotic one, such as "ban this guy cause he too mean to me because he be kill me in nether" (bad grammar on purpose). If it should be renamed, i would prefer having it be renamed back to its original name, which is the ban sections

If some noob sas "ban this guy for blah blah" some stupid not bannable reason, it will simply be rejected.
