It's possible to modify core protect to store player positions and to attach the IGNs of possible griefers to blocks broken from creeper/ghast explosions. I don't think any plugin has done something like this though. If core protect were updated to include such features, it would be revolutionary. But I don't think Intelli wants to go to that trouble. Until then, creeper explosions should be disabled, IMO.

AEL!!!: Sorry, but when the creeper exploded, it probably left some block pieces lying around which were picked up, so rolling it back would be spawning new items into the game.

Actually. Intelli's code hiccuped once, and a creeper blew up my building. It came up as a creeper, and it is rollbackable. :p

Creeper damage used to be enabled in realms you owned (so if it blew up while targeting you in your realm, it would explode, but if it exploded on a non-realm member, it wouldn't cause damage)
