I like Teamspeak over Vent. Just cause of the icons and some other features.

I would have suggested Mumble over TS, IMO its much easier to access and to use, plus the overlay is spot on. But guess its time to dust off the old TS3.

This I use Mumble all the time. It's quite simple and works very well.

I'm personally a fan of TS3 that's pretty much all that I use. However after researching, I think mumble would be much more stable for the server box and client side. TS3 seems stable, but occasionally it will cause Minecraft to crash/freeze/lag if TS3 has been started before the game. Also mumble has a very helpful overlay which can be toggled, allowing the user to see who they are talking to. Since this is a public community, and new players are joining every day... I can see how this could be very efficient.

Teamspeak also has a similar system in place. The blue circle to the left of their name lights up when they talk.

I think we can safely say that all of them have some kind of overlay plugin.
