Diamond i was in trade not spawn and if you are pvping someone and decides to give him his stuff back at trade and then he kills you in trade wouldnt you get mad then?

Not necessarily a bad suggestion. However, I don't see an issue with how it is currently. If you have /pvp enabled in trade, that's your own fault.
