Personally, I find the alchemy and enchantments and End to be disgusting. I'm a purist, I preferred Craft when it was just building.

If you find it to be disgusting. Why don't you leave and join some other server without them. It's a win-win situation.

1. Made it so spawners can't be placed / broken in the nether.
2. Disabled any uncessesary block logging.

Might it be possible that by making them un-breakable, it also lowered the spawn rate? Or is that just a general SMP bug, or just lag?

Last night, with 3 different spawners, and about 30 minutes of waiting, i got all but 4 blaze rods, and about 10 blaze spawns, seen alot of people have this problem too. Even with the lag, overworld spawners spawn FAR more then blaze spawners.

Its lag, lag hurts spawner's rates so much its silly.
