I hear allot about loan sharks breaking people's knees. While that is true, there are also normal people who offer you loans without breaking your knees. I am one of such people, I offer minerealm loans, but I'm not a loan shark so I won't break your knees!

Right; because if the player signs a textual contract with you, and he is obligated to pay you back, he would be banned if he didn't pay you back. I'm no Minecraft Lawyer or anything... Just assuming
