Actually, EXP doesn't do anything visibly. It does, however, apparently yield skill points, which should be spendable in 1.9.

Even if this is true, I'd assume everyone's exp would need to be reset for 1.9 since people like myself have gotten enough exp to level up thousands of times because of this bug. So, restating one of my original points, THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

After being warned to leave the /trade area as you were lagging both trade and spawn, you remained there. Please if something like this happens again, for the sake of everyone listen to how everyone was asking you to leave and maybe abide by it to ensure that you don't create an inconvenience for others.

First of all, I'd like to point out that you were the only one who told me to leave the trade room. Last time I checked, I don't have to bend to the will of any player that wants me to unless that player happens to be a server moderator or admin. Again, it was only YOU telling me to leave, not "everyone".

Secondly, I DID leave the /trade area as soon as I was able to type /trade with my less than 0.1 fps and my Java on the edge of crashing. Why would I even want to stay there under those circumstances?

And finally, It was not my presence there that was lagging the server, it was the massive amount of exp orbs being rendered by not only myself, but the other surrounding players as well. Me leaving made no difference. Since the /trade area is right next to a spawn point any new player joining the server would have caused those orbs to be rendered anyway. There were also other people in the /trade area as you were telling me to leave it.

Please refrain from posting about events that you have a poor recollection of. I don't appreciate my reputation being slandered, intentionally or not.
