Minecraft.net frequently goes down for me, and when it does, I am not able to
join the survival server.

I usually wait, and try again. I even check downforeveryoneorjustme.com,
but sometimes it doesn't come up and I can't login.

My question to the pros, is there anyway for me to play survival online, when
minecraft.net is down? I know if I logged in before it went down, I'm still
able to continue playing, but I can't login if I quit.

Sorry if this was asked before, I couldn't find anything about it here.
