But seriously, this is an aweful idea. The only thing keeping this server from being flooded by morons and beggars is that they have to work to succeed. Most of them are lazy and leave.

Also, if you think it's hard on noobs now, just try getting to public land if everyone gets a realm for free.... Can you say "2 hours walking?"

Also-also, established players would never sell realms. I know I wouldn't sell a realm to a new player for 10k if it costs me 50k to replace it. You didn't think this to any of it's logical conclusions.

I think this would immediately happen if first realms were free:

New people would come on, claim a realm, and it wouldn't be able to be accessed by anyone else. Those new people wouldn't stay on the server, because I'm sure a lot of people come on and don't become a rather permanent member. So we'd have all these abandoned realms, spreading out from spawn farther and farther until you have to walk even farther than you do now to find public land. It would just be a wasteland of short-time users' realms, which wouldn't be accessible until after 30 days of their absence.

It's just not a good idea. I see nothing wrong with how it's set up now. Why change a working system?

I read the title of this thread and Intelli's comment. I agree, "realm prices go up". Realms should start out at 100,000 Realm Credits and increase 1000 Credits when buying a new one.

I personaly like the realm prices atm, i dont think it should be changed.
