It's not fun if everyone got protection.
People are more careful and paranoid since they don't have protection.
But if everyone is to have chest locks, they would just go without having to worry about losing their items.
This was a problem for everyone at some point. Now it's only a problem for people who don't have realms. People with realms were at some point, without chest protection as well. Work hard, stay safe, and good luck.

P.S. I'm pretty sure there is a chest protection service in MineRealm.

yesh, i will admit i made this topic on a bad day, i was bored and there was nothing to do, and some x-ray hacker found my deep underground little lair, which was covered in smooth stone and dirt. but of course, the hacker used x-ray to find it and i woke up one morning to find everything i owned(which is a hella lot) gone. to make matters worse, i had my shack which i didnt leave for a second griefed, because someone went in, and a while later left, but i got a screen shot of him looking down, but there was no chest in the picture. of course because of the lack of there being a chest, the person was not banned. that same person does alot of crap and does not get in trouble ever. than like 5 other people that day said they were stolen from even though they lived far away from spawn, which really sucks.

P.S after that person stole all the stuff i had in my shack the shack was griefed, and so was the other areas i made.

cmon guys.. it took me 10 hours (like 3 days) to gain a realm and in all time i didnt put anything in a chest, i held all i need in inventory, used other blocks to build or just didnt pickup every gravel.

If you are in a public realm, you should be aware of others also being able to do everything you are able to.

It's just simple as that, holla for your own realm dude its the moment the fun starts!
