I was playing on a server when minerealm crashed and they had a very good idea after someone said something more that 3 times it made them type a certain phrase to continue typing
Example: spam
spam
spam
You must type GU72N to continue typing
"types GU72N"
You may continue typing please do not spam.
This would help for two reasons IMO beileive
A: Spam attacks would have alot less effects on spam. B: people that arent in a spam group that randomly spam will be auto stopped
just thought it was clever how they did it.

We already have spam protection... it kicks, which has the same overall effect. This idea would cause noobs to set it off accidentally and then QQ on alts or the forums about how they can't talk, since we all know new players can't read.

Also, suggesting a feature from another server probably caused this suggestion to be doomed from the start. Intelli doesn't seem like the kind of person that would use another server's idea.
