Lag has a reach hack, x-ray hack, and fly hack. The proof is he can make it to 64 blocks up, and reach across the map, and see players in dungeons.

These are all good points. Furthermore, the persistence with which lag causes trouble could, in my view, constitute harassment / disrespect toward players.
