It was doing fine earlier, then the poll got removed by Intelli due to apparent "vote fraud". And since Intelli said it, everyone outright assumes that I did it on purpose to skew votes in my favor (even though the changes I made wiped all the votes, even those FOR the protection). So I made a new thread, then people started voting against the proposal not on the content of the proposal, but because they thought I was a liar and a cheat.

So I sorta sank into a depression and am now working through anger and bitterness...I mean, I came up with this plan, ya know? I'm artistically and emotionally invested in this and I wanna see it succeed but people keep popping up and pointing out flaws and I'm trying to think of ways to fix them and keep everyone happy while at the same time trying to make this work like I want it to work and it's just really stressful because it seems like half the people don't want this because they want the Nether to be all wild and untamed and others are against the protection for the same reason and they're saying it's unfair and I don't know what to do and I'm stressing out.

Just FYI, I didn't actually vote at all.

Because I'm neither for or against. I would rather a system with the possibility to earn the protection... Like nether credits, or total faction kills.

Silsu put a lot of effort into this, and it seems the vote is still over 50% in favor. When it was at 83% in favor on the last vote, completely legitimately, I couldn't believe it hadn't gone through yet. Now Silsu's hopes are being crushed by a non-existent vote fraud? Sad to see that happen. Never give up hope Silsu, I've been just as fond of this idea as you the whole time and it still can happen.

I would say that while it may not be perfect and up to everyone's standards atm, it's a good starting ground. I don't think it has to be perfect right now for it to still work well.

Ok, since I'm too chicken to go poke around the Nether currently (Working on my XP levels to get a nice, high level enchant and I don't feel like getting ganked), I'd like to ask if anyone has found a nice open section of Nether (preferably from lava lake to roof).

So yeah, since at least November 4th (not including the recent bump), the poll has held above 50% and people still seem to want Dis to be built.
