Look, It's clearly the Redstone Loop thats causing constant lag, You need to design a way to prevent the loop. Allow the constructions of:
And, Nand, Nor, Not, Or, Xor gates.
5 timer counter and fast pulse design disallow. <-- these are the most commonly used repeating circuit designs. I know it's going to be tricky to do, but im sure it's possible.
