No boats? I don't think you've ever crossed an ocean brah. Also boats are only bad when someone spams them and lets them sit there, the server already eats them if they sit too long, so they cause no real problem.

Vehicles count as mobs, so if there are any sitting around, they'll be wiped anyways.
