I think that even if someone has donated after the spam and then slandering intelli then getting banned. The realm are not being used to there full potential. Also being in a spawn area that is the first thing people see. So I think they should be disbanded.

If this was a regular realm then you should simply have to wait for his donor status to run out, even if it does take many many months. However, if this is a spawn realm then, as I am sure we have all seen by now, there are certain standards that such a realm must meet. If it fails to meet them, that alone should be enough to force a disband. The question is, is this realm close enough to a spawn for Intelli to care?

This was troll face guy. Though the matter isn't a concern anymore realy. As a total surprise the dude actually has the testicular fortitude to post a ban appeal today. As such this has become a "let's just see how this plays out" type of deal.

It is far... far down in the do not really care anymore bucket. I'm sure at some point Donor status won't last forever and when it does happen to expire we'll deal with this assault to the eyes then.
