I've been seeing that too. I'm pretty sure it's just saying that you can't access the server because you've updated your Minecraft client to 1.0 while the server is still in the most recent Minecraft Beta version. Not sure why it's saying "invalid server key" instead of the usual "outdated server" though.

I think so. I don't understand a lot of the technical jargon here but I get the impression that it's an issue with either the minecraft server files or the bukkit version being used. So after Bukkit is updated, Intelli updates the server with the new Bukkit, and Intelli updates the server with Minecraft 1.0, I think the issue should be resolved.

No, that is so far off Prodigy. I have 1.0.0 and it is saying that for my 1.0.0 server. It is just a glitch that a lot of people are having.

It doesn't mean the server has not been updated. That is STILL "outdated server." "The server responded with an invalid server key" means that the updated software at the Mojang authentication servers has a bug, which I hope will be fixed soon.

There are two ways around this. First, if you just try over and over this usually works.

Second, if you control the server, go to the server properties file and change "online-mode" to "false." This wires around the Mojang authentication servers. The server has to be re-started to put this change into effect, and when it boots up the log warns the server owner in DIRE TONES to go back and change it back. The way to protect the server while they fix this bug is to whitelist it.

The good news is, it's somewhat better today than yesterday. Yesterday trying over and over usually did not work; today it does. When they get the bug fixed we can all go back to "online-mode=true."

This is my problem as well. I guess the real question " for me anyways " is. If we cant get back on because of this issue will we lose our realms? btw i enjoy minerealm and all the folks i have met so far ..... from the admins to the mods ... Even the new people who always seem to ask "where can i build " I hope to see you all soon. Even you help bot.
