I found it on MCSL also, I picked MR because the other top servers were either:

1. Full with a low player limit
2. Laggy as hell.

MR was the first server I played that had a lot of people, was very active, plus, almost no lag! (At the time)

I found MR off a minecraft server vote list, i was new to minecraft, and had just bought it, i was about to ditch minecraft altogether because all the servers i found were whitelisted, or you needed to ask mods to buy land, till i found MR and its epic realm system.

Since then i've only actively played one other server, and that was due to being banned on MR, if it wasn't for Minerealm, i would've ended up selling my account a long time ago.

My friend Seraphim777 showed me it. We ran a small server, and began interest in more survival servers. He found it on one of the lists I believe. Then he invited me to come. I helped him buy a realm the day I joined. Funny enough I have NEVER lived in a non private realm. He owned one before I joined, and I kept my items there. Until I owned my own realm.


He was later banned for throwing a lava bucket in front of spawn. That was when spawn was still a wasteland.

I got banned from another server because some doofus named jungalist (who owned the server) said I was too much of a noob because I couldn't use coords. It was the day I bought minecraft too. Then I searched for servers and saw that this one was highly rated, tried it, and found nice people like deadlysilent123 who brought me to his town, gave me some stuff, and helped me set my home. I have now purchased that realm and am no longer a failish noob like when I started. Thanks to all the helpful veterans.
