Sold for 15,100 Credits to Cogohst
While mining I happened to stumble across a dungeon. After defeating a few zombies and lighting up the room I began to open up the nearby chests, expecting to find the usual assortment of saddles and cocoa beans. But to my surprise, sitting at the bottom of the second chest was a golden apple. After weighing my options I decided it would be in my best interests to sell it. Then came the problem of what to charge for it. How should the price of such a rarity be determined? This is the answer I came up with.
But before we begin this event, let me establish a few rules.
Rule 1: Each offer must be at least 100 realm credits higher than the current highest bid. I will update the current highest bid each time I check this thread.
Rule 2: If a higher bid is not placed within one week of the previous highest bid, the auction is over. However, I may end the auction at any time before this at my own discretion.
Rule 3: By placing a bid, you agree to send me the credits within a week after the auction has ended if you have won it. After which I will give you the golden apple in one of the new and secure /trade rooms at your earliest convenience.
Rule 4: Do not place false/joke offers. This is a serious auction, and I would appreciate only serious offers. Once you place an offer, you have until I update the thread to remove it should you change your mind. Although I cannot say if the server moderators and admins would agree to enforce it this way, I personally will consider any false offers a form of griefing, as they disrupt and prolong this process that should be completed within a certain time.
Posting without making an offer is allowed, but please do not make an offer without first reading the rules.
Make sure to keep in mind what you're buying! Golden apples are the rarest obtainable items in Minerealm as of this post. They cannot be crafted and are also the only items able to directly restore health.
And now... Let the bidding begin!
