Ok So I was banned from the game because I griefed some glowstone from Some public land, And the land happened to be Lm108 Which is a Moderator. And I understand that griefing is not allowed in this server and I was Just walking around and I wandered into a public realm and I climbed a ladder and Found some glowstone there, And since it was public land I took it "Not thinking" about anyone except myself and I got banned. So I went on minerealm.com and looked at the rules and found this

Griefing (6.1): Griefing can be identified as: Destroying blocks that do not belong to that player, removing / adding torches that do not belong to that player, destroying crops, or placing blocks on property that isn't theirs. This is always bannable.

and I understand that if someone built something I have no rights to destroy it even if there is nobody around. So I am very sorry for I did I love the server I respect all of the people on there, Like I said in my other posts I like to help people if they need it, And I currently own 5 realms with my two friends asxyninja, and csm003232 and ever since I found the server I have been making new friends and building awesome houses. So can you Please give me 1 more chance that's all I ask I just want to have fun again and work on the spawn realm I just bought.

Oh you mean that property that wasn't owned by anyone it was all public so how was i suppose to know it was a mod or anyone for that matter. for all I know some random dude was just placing glowstone for no reason because he didn't know what it was. and every time i get griefed i take a screenshot or ask a mod who did it. and what happens absolutely nothing. so i dont find that very fair i just want to play the game that's all I ask because i own 5 realms i don't just want all my time i spent on that wasted for some stuff that nobody owned.

Just because you can grief something, doesn't mean you're allowed to. Seeing as you have a realm at spawn, you've been here long enough to know that.

I try to get revenge everytime someone breaks my stuff. But this mod is mean and decided to ban me for no reason even thouh I took his glowstone.

I spent a bunch of time on this server and I own a little bit of property so I don't see why I was banned for destroying something that didn't belong to me but was obviously not owned by anyone else

Yeah I understand now that you can't get anything that you don't own. Sorry I just thought you can't grief by spawn or other peoples property not land that's not owned.

EDIT: Also I haven't been on the server that long i'm quit new to it actually

Also I try and follow the rules like when everyone was destroying the spawn road my friend and I asked kerovon if we could fix it just for fun because I respect this server but not everyone is perfect and people make mistakes and I made a mistake that will never happen again I just want to work at my store and pay kerovon back like I'm suppose to because I don't want to be called a lier.

I think Cody4143 should be unbanned one last time because he help a lot of people out if they need it also I don't think cody knew that anyone owed also im sure if a mod asked him he would give the glow stone back.

I can say for sure that Lm rolled him back, so he wouldn't need the glowstone returned. So far, Cody's defense is "I didn't think anyone would miss all this glowstone, so I should be unbanned.". He hasn't show any remorse for what he did, only that all his time has been wasted and that it's an annoyance that he has been banned.

Second time he's been banned, first time was for the exact same thing of "I'm stealing this because I think that nobody will notice".
