I still stand by what I said in your previous appeal and then some, but I apologise for derailing your previous appeal. It was quite rude of me and something that you did not need at the time, which you made quite obvious in your responses. You have my guarantee that I won't elicit the same behaviour on this thread.

I just want to take the time to cast my opinion on this. I have been a pretty consistent reader of OneMan's appeals and decided to support him in this appeal.

While his last appeal was tragic to say the least (a lot of people should have been given forum ban's, IMO), OneMan did not do himself any favors by reacting to the criticism. This ban appeal however has taken a little better and respectful tone. For this reason I believe it should be considered despite the outcome of the first one. Has he been guilty of bad behaviour - yes. Has he been guilty of a lot of bad behaviour - deff. yes. Is this a good reason to permaban him - probably. It's not my server so I can't (and will not try to) call the shots. My suggestion would be simply a provisional un-ban. I don't claim to be a know it all and I am sure staff has considered this. However, just about every vet on the server is aware of this appeal at this point. I am sure no one is going to cut OneMan any slack if he acts up again. Give him a month to show he has changed, no benefit of the doubt if he messes up, no leash. If he can play nice, he stays, if not he goes.

I would not put up with nuisance player on my server and would not expect intelli to do so either.
