Xray machines are allowed on many servers, however you should have asked staff if it was allowed. Anything with the word xray in it is usually a bad thing on minecraft. I really don't know what to say. P3ep hasn't been banned for anything yet, however it looks kinda bad for you U2QU. You really should have known better. I will support this ban appeal, but I don't think it will help your case.

It says right at spawn "No Exploiting" not to mention the fact "If you have a question Please Ask A Mod."

And what did I tell you before about the rules? I specifically told you if you weren't sure you should ask. Yet here we are again you didn't ask and used a glitch/exploit, even if it was to cobwebs you used it as a advantage. In your case though it had nothing to do with cobwebs. Infact your's you had dug down directly to a chest room from the surface with no way of knowing it was there or using said exploit to see it. So what do you have to say about that?

I know how this glitch works according to a YouTube video and it basically allows you to see any open space underground. This provides a huge advantage to anyone who uses it and I think it should be treated as badly as x-raying.

Yes I understand that its an xray machine but the thing is, is I wasnt using it to get to chests. Simply just to cobwebs. If there are chests inside of abandoned mine shafts and untouched then I looked in them but nothing was tooken. Nothing. All I ever got out of this was Cobwebs. Thats all I wanted

Life tip for the future: when getting advice, make sure it is ALWAYS from an authority. 'Friends' can be manipulative or misguided themselves, don't always believe them. I am quite surprised that you didn't learn from your last ban, form which you only just scraped through. I guess ignorance can be sometimes endure even through adverse circumstances.*
