Something seems wrong with donation form.
It defaults to Canada but I switch to United States but provinces for Canada are still listed - I can't select my address State.
I tried both Chrome and Firefox.
I can't donate until this is resolved. :-(

I figured out why the Province field wasn't switching to States - the system only changes the fields on a tab or carriage return event. I was simply clicking on the next field with the mouse which was shifting focus but not triggering the event to change parts of the address field. Perhaps someone can add an onlosefocus() event handler to the country field to correct this little bug.
