Actually Neymar, this sounds like PVP, and definitely seems more interesting than running up to someone smacking them repeatedly with a sword and hoping the mushroom soup doesn't run out, which is typically what all your "pvp" videos look like.

First of all , we dont have an open spot. Maybe you should try /guild.
Second of all, you guys invite all the pvpers so theres nobody to pvp , mostly why we have nobody to fight?
third of all, Nobody is bad at pvp.. ( not to you dlgn)

Wow vortex seems very loving to there teammates. Anyway monster, you probably don't know me, I'm the founder of vortex, the original creater, and I bet vortex would enjoy you, but vortex isn't only for pvp, while its a major part, I think they love all their members. If anything, I would advise him to first form his guild and see how far it goes. If it isn't successful, then he can turn to find a guild to join.

I think that this guild could possibly go somewhere great.

As a tip for PvP, be prepared to lose... A LOT.
Don't complain about your losses, and don't flaunt about your victories. It's called being humble.
PvP on Minerealm was meant for mere fun and as an enjoyable past time, like a small hobby for example.
When you're a leader of a guild, there's a lot of real life leadership skills that you must use in order to maintain your guild. The first thing that I always ensure, as Vortex's leader, is that everyone is content and happy in the guild. Once that's ensured, I then work towards benefitting the guild.

Some of these tips might help you in game with your guild and in real life.
