This has been suggested and it failed. It would cause massive problems for any group of new players trying to work together, to name one drawback. The solution to all this griefing trouble is to get yourself a private realm. It really doesn't take that long (a new person can get 10,000 credits in a day if they work at it).

Exactly what I've been thinking - why do so many people not have realms when their wealth implies they should?

Some new players don't understand "/realm purchase," and "/credits." ...or "/help" for that matter...

Intelli only uses his own plugins, so as to make MineRealm unique and reliable. CoreProtect is the anti-griefing plugin.

this person is using a mod that can see through blocks. He targets chests and they are highlighted in bright blue. There's practically no way to protect your belongings from this guy besides from buying a realm, which takes a very long time for new players.
