Well still most people who come on here mad from irl get banned for cursing not greifing or looting.

Rather, I'm more interested in finding out the general stance of players regarding this.Change 1. I somewhat agree with this, although I think a yellow card/red card system could work, where if a player commits a minor offence for example destroying a couple of blocks of someone else's house they would get banned, if they appeal and their appeal is sincere they get a second chance, if the same player then commits another offence regardless of its severity they would get a red card and be perma-banned, on the other hand a more severe offence for example, where they destroy someone's entire house and loot all their items is a red card, meaning that no matter how sorry or how many appeals they make they don't get unbanned.
Here's the proposed new system:
Change 1. Bans will be permanent - only players who were accidentally banned will be unbanned. This will create a more solid, less scummy, player base, while teaching kids a life lesson about consequences. As well, this is the method most other online games use, and will waste less of our time.
Change 2. We'll use a new prevention type system, to help stop people from getting banned in the first place. For example, we'll use an ore obfuscater to prevent people from xraying, and censor swear words in the chat, rather than banning them for it. We'd only (manually) ban people who were purposely bypassing the filter.
So, vote and comment. Thanks!
