Fair enough. The only reason I am against this is because I would receive no use out of it. I can see that you definitely would.

I think this is a good idea, I sometimes have urgent messages for people and they are never online when im online. I think you should implement this.

Marked as invalid, functionality is too similar to the upcoming guild BB system.

Plus, we already have this - forum PM's. The forums exist for a reason. Doing everything in-game just clutters things up.
